This is one of those projects that may seem small but that teach you more than all the masters in the world.
With two colleagues, one a director, Jiajie, and a PDO, Miguel and half kidnapping the actress, we went to Benidorm, a Spanish coastal city characterized by its authentic kitsch aesthetics.
With us we only had a sheet with a poem by Bukowski (aliens), five pages with art references, a wig, several random outfits and one of those big cameras that Japanese tourists used to carry around Barcelona (not anymore, we miss you).
We located and shot for two days, without a script, without a closed story, tricking people into letting us shoot in their bars, or hotels or  even themselves.
When we returned to Barcelona, other colleagues helped us make sense of it, give it a voice and design the amazing sound.
Aliens, a piece that we had made without money and with hardly any resources, was nominated for the Malaga Film Festival and many others.
